Mr. Asif, joined the Bank of Punjab in year 2019 as Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP), Group Head Retail & Priority Sector Lending, having about 25
years of Banking experience mainly in mid Markets, SME, Agriculture, Commercial financing. Having extensive exposure of lending to various business segments of all sizes, carry sound credit assessment and structuring skills. He has also served his services in SBP, Prime Commercial Bank, ABN Amro & Habib Bank. He hold Master degree in Public Administration.
Muhammad Imran Butt

Mr. Imran, a well conversant professional, has over twenty-six years of experience in the field of Finance and
Pakistan Equity Market. His expertise includes corporate sales strategy, optimization of returns, portfolio management and growth management. He has been engaged with different corporate entities namely Invest & Finance Securities Limited, Colony Group, Trust Investment Bank Limited, First Capital Group etc. He holds Masters degree of Business Administration from Imperial College of Business Studies, Lahore.
Faisal Ejaz Khan

Mr. Faisal Ejaz Khan joined the Bank of Punjab in year 2021 as Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP), Chief Information Officer/ Group Head
Information Technology Group, having more than 20 years of Banking and Multinational experience in various leadership roles. He has also served in Emirates Bank International PJSC, MCB Bank Limited, SME Bank Limited, 1 Link Ltd, Oracle Corporation, and Ajlan Bros Holding, KSA. He has also served as Director on the Boards of 1Link Ltd, Pakistan Microfinance Network, Munsalik Pvt. Ltd among other industry wide responsibilities. Faisal has an MBA with a specialization in ‘Change Management and Technology’ and holds an M. Phil. in ‘Management and Information Technology’ from France. He is a highly seasoned business leader with a strong track record of strategic thinking, hands-on execution and building strong teams who collaborate to improve the customer experience.
Hamza Khalid Randhawa

Mr. Hamza is a seasoned legal practitioner with a proven track record on multifarious legal issues.
His diversified experience spans over 18 years of legal practice in both public sector and renowned law firms of the country. His core areas of strength interalia include Banking, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, Contractual Negotiations, International & Domestic Arbitrations, Public & Private International law matters and handling contentious litigation before various courts and other legal forums. His accomplishments in high profile constitutional & banking cases, legal advisory at the highest policy level as well as representation in various international arbitrations on behalf of the Government of Pakistan testify to his legal acumen and expertise. Prior to joining the Bank of Punjab as its Chief Legal Officer, he served as the Chief Legal Officer of National Transmission and Dispatch Company Limited (NTDC), which is one of the largest public sector company in Pakistan. Mr. Randhawa holds an LLB (Hons)degree from the University of London and completed his Post Graduate Degree/Bar-at-Law from the City University London. He was subsequently called to the Bar of England & Wales by The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He has also attended various trainings and conferences in leading local and international institutes.
Zeeshan Yaqoob

Mr. Zeeshan Yaqoob Joined The Bank of Punjab on Dec 2008 as Unit Head Financial Control & Senior Vice President and thereafter he was promoted to
Executive Vice President-1 and Head Financial Control in Oct-2015. He holds degree of ACA from ICAP. He has over 10 years experience in banking sector and audit firm.
Afadia Khan

Afadia Khan is a seasoned banking professional with 25 years of experience in the financial sector.
She began her career at Faysal Bank after earning her MBA, later enhancing her qualifications with an LLB and an MA in Economics. Afadia has held key roles at Prime Commercial Bank, NIB, Atlas Bank, and Silk Bank. In 2012, she joined The Bank of Punjab, where she currently leads the Credit Administration Division. Throughout her career, Afadia has been a strong advocate for women’s advancement in banking, breaking barriers and fostering high-performing teams for timely and efficient delivery.
Muhammad Ali Khan

Mr. Muhammad Ali Khan, Executive Vice President, joined the Bank of Punjab in 1991 and currently working as Divisional Head Core
Core Banking Support and Credit Operations in Operations Group. He has 33 years of Banking experience covering all its major areas like Operations, Trade, Credits, Sales & Marketing and Core Banking System. Besides his existing designation, he also served as Regional Chief and Regional General Manager during his career in the bank. He is also the Lead Focal Person of the bank for SBP driven initiative of National Financial Literacy Program.
Mr. Qasim Nadeem

Mr. Qasim (Group Head Treasury and Capital Markets) Carries with Him More Than 22 Years of Diversified Experience in Treasury & Capital Markets. Prior to Joining The Bank of Punjab, He Served Various Prestigious Financial Institutions Such as Allied Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB Bank, Barclays Bank PLC Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan. He Is Well Versed in The Fields Like Portfolio Management, Assets & Liability Management, Fixed Income and FX Trading.
Mr. Qasim Nadeem Holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Government College University, Lahore, Pakistan and Is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
